Q: Will you update this game? 

A: Yes. but I won't made major change no more. I'm going to focus to fix the bugs & balance the game....


I'm truly grateful to everyone who bought this game, and I'll fix bugs & other things as much as I can! But I've lost a lot of interest lately (details below—it's not negative at all!! I've actually come to understand what i want to do.), so I don't think I'll be as consistent as before.

Also, about the OST... I'm not quite sure what's going to happen with it right now... I keep tweaking it with updates, so I can't seem to settle on a definitive version... Anyway, I definitely plan to release the OST on Bandcamp and I might upload it to YouTube too.

I wasn't expect this game got this big project. I started with small different ideas that  the first concept of this game was "card matching game" & I had an idea that what if I can see through the cards? & this thing started the whole thing. idea that place the stickers to the card got me a lot of new ideas & I shifted everything to the rouge-like custom skill card games....

although this game doesn't sold pretty well(unfortunately it sold less than 5 units..... ),I start figure what I love & what I want to do. I love creation & I will do until I die.

this game didn't sold well and my focus on this game is kinda dissapeared... so I might not doing any advanced things in the future, cause there is a TONs of bug (yea my programs reallly bad... I recently got crash out by seeing how trash code I was writing....) & fixing all of things makes me tired & boring.(not all the things are tired & boring, but mostly. I know these things are important & by the time you saw this message almost 90%of the bugs are now fixed!!!!)

anyway thanks to the all of the people who talk with me while I making this. (you too!!!)

I understand that feeling, as another solo dev. Specially when a project becomes so complex, even more than you expected, you start losing motivation just because everything is ending up broken or written in a way is hard for yourself to understand. But the important thing is loving the creation you made, being perfect or not.

I had a lot of fun with Clock Tower Madness, and even if I stopped playing (because my pc is rn a pile of trash...) I know I will never stop having fun with this game. This is not only for giving you motivation or anything, my real opinion of this game is that is completely amazing and enters my top 5 games played on this year.

About the less than 5 copies sold... Videogame market is hard and without proper marketing and/or enough luck it's hard. I talked with all my friends about the game but at the end it's hard for some to buy the game even if it's cheap, for x or y reasons. But I tried and atleast I'm proud of being one of the ones that bought the game and I wish you a lot of luck on your next projects <3

Yoooooooo I'm truly grateful you enjoyed it so much! I think the reason it didn't sell much is because I wasn't focused on promoting it. I was more concerned with creating a good game and building the world I wanted, rather than just wanting it to sell d. I was kinda disappointed it didn't sell as well as I'd hoped. but there were a lot of bugs, and it was my first game made over such a long period so it might be the best outcome. In any case, I'm so happy you enjoyed it enough to include this game in your top five games of the year!!!!!!! Your bug reports and feedback are always a huge help & a big motivator for me —thank you very much! :)
